It is simple!  There are 2 ways you can sign up.  One is online at:

http://www.upvolunteer.org/HOC__Volunteer_Registration_Page and this will allow you to see our current Volunteer Opportunities.

Then, to allow our Volunteer Center to be able to apply for grant funding we need to capture some basic data.  Please print the forms out below and if you have any questions anytime please email Stephen our Volunteer Coordinator at Stephen@UnitedWayEUP.org.  The Clearance Form looks tricky, but all we need is ONE lined filled out and include a copy of your Driver's License.

Once you have completed your Volunteer Service please fill out the Post Survey.  And if you want to continue to Volunteer we thank you in advance.
